Shipping within Australia

We ship for free from Canberra to Australian addresses only via Australia Post.

When you buy a book, we aim to ship it to your nominated Australian postal address within 5 business days after receiving payment – but it’s usually within 1 or 2 days. 

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery to Australian addresses. You can track your parcel here. If your order has not arrived by then, please contact us so we can investigate.

If your book is damaged when it arrives, that certainly wasn't our intention. Please contact us with a photograph of the damaged book within 7 days.

International shipping

For international addresses (including New Zealand), please purchase your copy of The Design Manual via Books at Manic.

Refunds and returns

Please check your shipping details carefully, as books cannot be refunded or replaced free-of-charge if you give us an incorrect address. If you are concerned about an unattended delivery, consider providing a secure work address, Parcel Locker or PO box. 

We aim to describe each book and its contents as accurately as possible so you can make an informed purchase. Refunds will not be given on the basis of change-of-mind or other reasons, in line with the ACCC Consumer Guidelines. Store credit may be offered if products are returned in saleable condition.
